Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain ambassadors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with ambassadors, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Coordinate ambassador campaigns and initiatives, including content creation, giveaways, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze ambassador performance and engagement metrics to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ambassador activities with broader marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and community management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand ambassador management, or community management.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.

Marketing Intern

Ellexo Shop is offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to support various initiatives across digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and campaign execution. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in marketing and gain valuable skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support day-to-day marketing tasks, including scheduling content, updating website content, and coordinating with external partners.
