Log in to Your Account: Visit the Ellexo Shop website and log in to your customer account using your credentials.

Navigate to Order History: Once logged in, locate and click on the "My Account" or "Orders" section, where you can access your order history.

Select the Order in Question: Find the specific order that you wish to dispute from your order history list.

Click on Order Details: Click on order to view its details, including items purchased, payment information, and order status.

Identify the Issue: Review the order details carefully and identify the specific issue or discrepancy you wish to dispute, such as a missing item, damaged goods, or billing error.

Initiate the Dispute: Look for an option or button labeled "Dispute Order" or "Request Assistance." Click on this option to officially raise a dispute for the order.

Provide Details: Describe the nature of the issue in detail, including any relevant information or evidence, such as order confirmation emails, photos and videos of damaged items, or discrepancies in billing.

Submit the Dispute: Once you've provided all necessary information, submit the dispute request through the Shopify platform.

Wait for a Response: After submitting the dispute, wait for a response from the Ellexo Shop team. They will review your dispute and respond accordingly.

Communicate with Support: If necessary, communicate with Ellexo Shop's customer support team regarding the dispute. You may receive further instructions or requests for additional information.

Follow-Up as Needed: Stay engaged with the dispute resolution process by checking for updates regularly and responding promptly to any requests from the Ellexo Shop team.

Await Resolution: Allow time for the dispute to be thoroughly investigated and resolved by the Ellexo Shop team. They will work to find a satisfactory solution to the issue.

Finalize Resolution: Once the dispute is resolved, review the outcome and any actions taken by Ellexo Shop, such as refunds, replacements, or adjustments to the order.

Provide Feedback: After the resolution, consider providing feedback on the dispute resolution process to help Ellexo Shop improve its customer service in the future.
